We reviewed a weeks worth of tweets from over 150 shopping brands to bring you 70 that are worth following. We used five different criteria when rating the tweets so that you will know what to expect when following them.

Customer Service - How frequently a brand responds to customer service requests.
Product & Deal Tweets - Amount of tweets about specific products, deals and coupons.
Interactive Tweets - How often a brand interacts with it's audience.
Links to Articles/Pics - How frequently a brand links to relevant articles and pictures on it's own website and on other websites.
Tweet Frequency - How often a brand tweets.

In our quest to discover the best tweets, we discovered some brands like @Overstock, @Pacsun, @Expedia, @Buy_com and @ZalesDiamondGal that excelled in all categories. All 70 brands that made the list are worth following.

Following your favorite brands on Twitter can be the best way to stay on top of their latest products, get customer support and see what their latest deals and coupons are.

nice list - and great criteria matrix. thanks for this! would be interested to see how you rank our activity (working at @spreadshirt). and one hint: if you plan to update the list it would be great to repeat the criteria at some point (below the fold), so you don't have to scroll up and down all the time to check back which rating means what :)
